"Yes We Kanban!" and Agile Swag

How work happens at work matters. It matters because we want to have an impact but we also want to enjoy the journey of doing that work along the way. Afterall, most of us spend a significant portion of our adult lives working, so part of having a fulfilling life is having fulfilling work.

During my career, I've been fortunate to work at companies with some great ways of working and great cultures. The things I've learned and experienced largely come from practices like agile, scrum, kanban, devops, chatops, and lean. And to help keep my favorite ideas alive and share them with the people around me, I've created Agile Swag over the years.

Agile Swag is a collection of mainly stickers and tee shirts to help remember these powerful ideas. Stickers on my laptop and the tee shirt I wear to work. That helps me to remember how I want to show up and how I want to work. For myself and those around me.
